Towards a post-fossil working life: Ecologically and socially sustainable work in an era of sustainability disruption
This project funded by The Finnish Work Environment Fund combines sociological research, management and organisational research and futurology to examine the conditions for an ecologically and socially sustainable working life in an era of sustainability transformations. Sustainability transformations require rethinking the concept of work and reorganising work structures and work processes. Little research has been done on the impact of the sustainability transformation on work and this project responds to this need for research.
